Sole cleaning & Disinfection machine is placed at the entrance of production area within a factory with cleaning & automatic disinfection of footwear. It cleans the soles with water and disinfects the shoes with disinfectant.
The rotating brushes are automatically wetted with water or optional cleaning agent. The disinfection station sprays disinfectant onto the bottom of the shoes. The cleaning & disinfection cycles are regulated by sensors.
Features:# It is designed for controlling the entrance to production site to ensure proper hygienic conditions & avoid cross-contamination# At cleaning station, as soon as sensor detects man entry the roller brushes (MOC- Blue Nylon bristles & PP body) start rotating via 3 phase Hindustan motor and Bongfioli gear box. The brushes are wetted with water fed via internal nozzles with solenoid valve to provide cleaning action on the sole bottom & sides as the boot is moved over the brush# It provides automatic Sole disinfection. As soon as sensor detects person, the disinfectant would be sprayed through nozzles onto the bottom of the boot# 1’’ Drain valve is kept ON always to drain the soiled water# Proximity Sensor based operations. M/c will stop when there is no man movement.# Machine Sturdy in design with 3 mm SS 304 sheet construction.
